Deliveries

Once your order is placed we will require a £400.00 deposit which will be taken in person or over the phone. The final outstanding payment will be required 3 days prior to delivery. Your hot tub will then be delivered by our dedicated team to its desired destination, carefully and with minimum fuss. Deliveries are usually within 5 to 10  working days. 

Access Requirements

Your tub will be transported to your desired location using our bespoke trailer and dolly. There are however access limitations, the packaged product is 2300mm x 2300mm x 1000mm. You will need a minimum access width of 950mm (at its narrowest point) and a minimum head clearance of 2500mm (tub and dolly combined) any less and you will need to hire a crane, no more than 2 consecutive steps and relatively even solid ground.

If the location is over 150 miles from NG8 an additional £2.00 per mile will be charged – mileage depends on Goggle map driving distances.

Yes, your hot tub will be delivered by members of our team who will position it in your desired position (see access requirements).

This will depend on the narrowest width dimensions of the opening which the hot tub will need to fit through. Please contact us should you require any help and advice regarding this.

As soon as its connected, filled and heated to your desired temperature you are good to go!

This is dependent on the time of year, size of tub and desired temperature however a good rule of thumb for a new tub would be 7-10 hours.

This is dependent on how many times a week you use it however we recommend you check the PH levels each week for a correct indication.

Yes, they can all work indoors or outdoors. However, you’ll need to consider a number of factors if you’re planning to install your spa indoors, such as access, ventilation, waterproof flooring and drainage. Please contact us for advice.

This will vary dependant on usage and the desired temperature but usually between £10-£60 p/month.

No this should be carried out by a qualified electrician, who should install the appropriate electrical supply (30-amp protected circuit, installed to current regulations).

All our hot tubs are water tested prior to shipping and come with fully insulated shell and thermal cover.
